Terms and Conditions

1. Grant of License to You:

All Rummy Club offers the User a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable right to download, install, and use the Software as a client in order to access the Servers and play the Games and for no other reason, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

If You I Are Under 18 Years Old, (ii) A Person Under The Legal Age Of Majority In Your Jurisdiction, (iii) Or (iv) Are Connecting To The Site From A Jurisdiction From Which Such Use Is Prohibited Or Where It Would Be Illegal For All Rummy Club To Offer Such Software For Download Or Provide The Services Related To Your Use Of The Software, All Rummy Club will not offer You the Software for download or provide the services related to Your use of the Software.

1.1 Creating Your Account:

You must first register with All Rummy Club in order to use the services. You will be requested to submit any personal information All Rummy Club may need in order to identify its clients when creating your account, including but not limited to your first and last name, address,

a working email address that you can access, your birth date, and a working phone number. When making your account, you must be sure to give true and accurate information, and you must maintain that information up to date.

2. No Warranties by All Rummy Club:

All Rummy Club makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either stated or implied, regarding the Software, the Site, or the Games, all of which are offered to You "AS IS." All Rummy Club makes no guarantees or statements about the quality, suitability, completeness, or correctness of the Software or Games.

All Ludo App makes no warranty that the Site, the Software, the Games, or the Servers will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, that defects will be fixed, or that the services found therein shall be free from viruses or bugs, despite our best efforts to offer You the highest quality service possible.

Funds in play at the time of the interruption will be returned to players All Rummy Club decides were unable to play after the interruption of the Games if a Games system malfunction results in an interruption of the Games and the Game play cannot be resumed. Non-system issues, such as the User's loss of power or internet connectivity, are not covered by this policy.

3.limitation Of Liability:

All Rummy Club shall not be responsible for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) resulting from the use (or improper use) of the Software, the Games, or your access to the Site or the Servers, even if All Rummy Club had been aware of the possibility of such damages in advance.

4.Security :

You acknowledge that the Player ID and Password you use to access the All Rummy Club Software are exclusively your responsibility. You must always keep your Player ID and password private and confidential. You must also make every effort to maintain them that way. You are solely responsible for any illegal use of the Player ID or Password, which will be regarded as Your use.

You, and not All Rummy Club, are responsible for any responsibility or financial loss resulting from the use of a Player ID and or Password when using the software or in any other way. You agree that All Rummy Club may, in its sole discretion, require you to email a copy of any payment method used to facilitate funding of deposits and to sign a written acknowledgement of any deposits funded by any payment method, including stored value cards, debit cards, or credit cards, before paying out any account balance to You.

5.Player-to-Player Agreements or transactions:

You are not allowed to utilise a All Rummy Club "real money account" for anything other than playing games, under any circumstances. If All Rummy Club believes that a User has violated the aforementioned clause, All Rummy Club reserves the right to immediately deny that User access to the Games, delete that User's All Rummy Club account,

and seize all funds held in the relevant All Rummy Club "real money account." Subject to the express understanding that any such transfer shall be strictly limited to the transfer of funds for the sole purpose of playing poker or other services available on All Rummy Club, and shall be undertaken at Your sole and exclusive risk, All Rummy Club may, in its discretion, permit You to transfer or receive funds from another All Rummy Club customer.

All Rummy Club does not support player-to-player private ransactions, and neither will the Poker Room help to make such deals or hold the Poker Room responsible in any manner for transactions that go wrong.

6.Player Game Conduct:

Language that is abusive or derogatory, as well as any other actions that the Poker Room deems unsuitable given the nature of the product, will not be accepted. The Poker Room will take prompt action to address any bad behaviour or language that is brought to its attention or that is identified by it. This action may include the suspension or revocation of playing rights or other measures that the Poker Room deems appropriate.

Additionally, All Rummy Club Casino forbids the use of any language other than English or Spanish for chat or communication. The Poker Room will decide on any controversy or dispute that arises between any Players or between one or more Players and the Poker Room, and their judgement will be final and binding in all respects. All conflicts or disputes must be reported via email to the Poker Room.

7.Personal Use Only:

Any professional use of the Software in connection with a betting or wagering enterprise is expressly prohibited. You are only permitted to play for fun and as a recreational activity. You acknowledge and agree that your participation in the Games is done purely for fun and that you are not operating a betting or wagering operation.

If All Rummy Club Casino finds that a User has violated the aforementioned clause, All Rummy Club Casino reserves the right to immediately deny that User access to the Games, terminate that User's account with All Rummy Club Casino, and seize all funds held in the applicable All Rummy Club Casino "real money account." It is your responsibility to confirm the gambling laws that apply to how users of the Software may use the Software before you start playing poker at All Rummy Club in order to ascertain any restrictions and take appropriate action.

8.Dorment or Inactive Accounts/Access Fee:

All Rummy Club has the right to suspend any User account that has not been accessed or used to play any games for the previous 12 months on or after the last day of each calendar month. In this situation, All Rummy Club will hold onto any remaining funds in the aforementioned account(s) and keep them in a pooled segregated suspense account for a further 60 days.

When a user's account has been inactive for more than a year, All Rummy Club will notify them. If All Rummy Club emails the user at the email address they have on file for their account, this notice is presumed to have been received by the user. If a user chooses not to receive emails from All Rummy Club, they are deemed to have waived any and all notices under this agreement.

If a User successfully claims the remaining balance of the suspense account funds within the 60-day holding period, All Rummy Club will verify the claimant's identity and eligibility (if any), may ask the account holder to sign a written acknowledgement of any deposits made with credit cards, and will then pay the User the portion of the suspense account that is owed to them. All such balance amounts that remain unclaimed in the suspense account after the 60-day holding period has passed and there hasn't been an active log-in for an additional three months shall escheat to All Rummy Club as an Access Fee and payment for maintaining the account and giving the user access to the Games in the year prior to the holding period.

All Rummy Club reserves the right to seize any remaining cash in any user account that has been closed as a result of user misconduct, fraud, or collusion, and each such user forfeits any accrued interest. The account balance(s) of a User who has passed away within the previous 12 months will be held by All Rummy Club Casino until the Executor or another authorised representative of the User's estate presents proof of their authority to claim the funds. All Rummy Club reserves the right to require that any claim for an account balance made by a party other than the User be supported by evidence in a court of law. Any legal action taken by the claimant to support their claim must be filed within six months of the date of their claim.

9.Termination:

Without prejudice to any other rights of All Rummy Club, All Rummy Club may immediately and unilaterally terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions contained herein or for any other reason or for no reason. In such event, you must destroy all of your copies of the Software. ANY suspicious or criminal activity will be promptly reported to the appropriate authorities. The balance of funds in any User account closed by All Rummy Club due to User misconduct, fraud, or collusion may be seized and each such User shall forfeit any and all interest thereto.

10.Amendment.

All Rummy Club reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time with or without notice and you will be bound by such amended Agreement upon its being posted at the Site. Therefore, we encourage you to visit the Site regularly and check the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement. Your continued use of the Client Software or access to the Site shall be conclusively deemed to attest to your agreement to any amendments to the Agreement.

11.Governing Law:

The International Processor Services, S.A.'s licence to provide services under Curacao law and the laws of Costa Rica shall govern this Agreement and all things relevant thereto and shall be interpreted in accordance therewith. Each party irrevocably consents that any claim, dispute, or disagreement between them regarding the Agreement and any matter arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Costa Rican courts.

You and All Rummy Club hereby irrevocably waive any right to object to the filing of an action in such courts, to assert that the action was filed in an improper forum, or to assert that such courts lack jurisdiction. You expressly agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the aforementioned courts over you and expressly consent to receiving notice of any proceedings therein sent to the email address you have given in Your Account.

(This selection of venue and law applies only to disputes between the USER and All Rummy Club and does not impact or limit any other rights or remedies All Rummy Club may have against any third parties with whom it does business, including those who provide services to All Rummy Club.)

12.Severability.

If a provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision hereof or the validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision hereof.

13.specific geographic Restriction.

Residents of Sweden, Guadeloupe, French Guyana, Mayotte, Réunion, Martinique, France, Spain, Italy, Turkey, Australia, or the United States are not permitted to view this site or use any of the games accessed through software downloads provided hereby. From time to time, in its sole discretion, All Ludo App may amend the list of specific geographic restrictions from which You may not access any of the Services.

14.Responsible Gaming:

If You believe that You have a gaming problem notify All Rummy Club by email or through the in-game live Host, if provided. All Rummy Club policy does not provide you with an option to self-set or change deposit limits at your discretion; rather your identity will be confirmed, and your account will be closed for real money gaming activity. All Rummy Club reserves the absolute right to itself review or use third party verification to review player activity in the Games or as reported by other gaming operators to profile and remove players access in its sole discretion.

15.Marketing Incentives and Bonuses:

You agree that All Rummy Club may, from time to time, in its sole discretion, offer You, or other customers, complimentary play or prizes or bonuses or marketing incentives (“Bonuses”). You expressly agree that All Rummy Club may, from time to time, in its sole discretion, communicate with You via SMS text messaging , email or direct telephone communications sent to You by All Rummy Club Casino or it’s third party service providers. Such communications or messages may include marketing offers as well as any other information related to Your activities, account or related transactions. You may opt out of such messaging by emailing to us at Allrummyclub@gmail.com

Bonuses may be used by You only in relation to the terms and conditions of such Bonus(es) and do not confer upon You any rights or interests in said Bonus(es) or marketing incentives until all conditions thereof have been satisfied. You agree that All Rummy Club may suspend or terminate any Bonus at any time prior to Your satisfaction of any such terms and conditions and You shall not be entitled to any compensation for incomplete satisfaction thereof. All raffle winners will have 7 days to contact our social network department (once announced) with the necessary information to claim the prize, otherwise the prize will be forfeited. (Such marketing incentives and bonuses may include, but are not limited to play incentives, contests, rake-back incentives, free play bonuses, freeroll tournaments, tournament tickets, or prizes, vacations, or any non-monetary rewards.)

16. Access to Activity other than All Rummy Club:

All Rummy Club may occasionally grant You access through the Software to engage in activities, sports, or gaming services besides playing poker. This could involve playing online blackjack games, accessing fantasy sports pools and sports fantasy competitions, participating in non-poker tournaments, and playing casino games for real money or play money. You acknowledge that taking part in these additional activities is purely for personal enjoyment and that you are NOT operating a betting or wagering operation.

You understand and agree that All Rummy Club may provide this access as a convenience to You and that the activities or services may be offered by a Third Party other than All Rummy Club. By engaging in any such non-poker activities, whether offered by All Rummy Club or a Third Party, you agree to be bound by all of their terms and conditions and affirm that your participation does not conflict with any laws that may be in force in the country where you access the non-poker activities.

17. Data Retention:

All Rummy Club reserves the right to retain player information for an indefinite period of time to enforce the End User License Agreement, prevent fraud, resolve a claim, or comply with any other acts permitted by law. All Rummy Club reserve this right whether an account is terminated by All Rummy Club or at the request of the player.
